About Us
Dr. Laura McHale is a Chartered Psychologist, an EMCC Accredited Coach, and the author of Neuroscience for Organizational Communication: A Guide for Communicators and Leaders (Palgrave Macmillan, 2022). Laura has given talks at Oxford University and Hong Kong University, and lectured at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Her work has been featured in publications such as the South China Morning Post, The Psychologist, and the Korn Ferry Institute, and she's been quoted in the Washington Post, Business Insider, and Financial Times.
